On Site Laundry for Residents Only

As a Bryant Grove resident, our clean, modern commercial on site laundry is yours to use whether you have your own washer and dryer in you home here or not. The laundry is centrally located in the same building as the office, directly across from the pool.

Don’t Overload the Washing Machines

Please remember to not overload the washing machines. That could cause a motor or belt to burn out, as can happen with any clothes washer if you overload it, and your clothes will be cleaner if you don’t pack them in tight.

On Site Laundry • No Large Bulky Items Please

Please wash your large bulky items, like sleeping bags or a heavy quilt, in a local laundromat with commercial double-load machines. Our commercial machines are not double-load.

The closest laundromat is the 2nd Street Laundry at 1816 E 2nd St. Just around the corner. Turn left at 2nd Street and it will be on your right.

On Site Laundry for Catch-up Washing Days

All townhomes and several two-bedroom apartment homes include washer/dryer hookups, and many residents use their own laundry machines. Even so, our onsite laundry is a good option for catch-up washing days.
