Pet-Friendly Apartments, Townhomes in Edmond Oklahoma

Are you looking for a pet-friendly apartment home or townhouse? At Bryant Grove most mature small pets are welcome. Please ask about yours before you move in.
The pet needs to be at least one year of age, housebroken, and spayed or neutered if a dog or cat (written proof required). Pet offspring are not allowed. Bulldogs are not welcome. Pets other than a dog or cat need to be caged.
We accept certain pets if they are well-behaved and do not damage the dwelling, disturb neighbors, or constitute a threat to staff or residents. Pets must be licensed and vaccinated as required by law.
Call (405) 341-2161 today, February 9th, or send us an email to find out if we have a home available for you and your pet. And please bring your pet in for an interview with the manager before you move in. Thank you.
Pet Rent
Bryant Grove is a pet-friendly community. We accept pets because we know how attached people become to them. Having pets on the property means additional operating expenses for us, so we hold a pet deposit and charge pet rent. It's simple, easy and fair.
If you do not have a pet, should you pay our staff to go out and fix the landscaping or clean up after somebody else's pet? Of course not, and we don't ask you to. We ask pet owners to pay.
Your pet deposit is refundable if we don't need it to make us whole after your tenancy. Pet rent is non-refundable.
Pet owners sometimes wonder about pet rent when they "know" their pet won't cause excessive damage or wear and tear to their apartment. They may think it's just another way of being charged more money, but landlords don't collect pet rent only for wear and tear. Pet occupancy is different from human occupancy and brings its own problems and (sometimes costly) solutions.
We are only required to accept service animals but often take pets. Pet rent is charged for the extra wear and tear animals inevitably cause, inside and outside of their apartment, and the additional cost to prepare the apartment properly for the next occupants.
Unfortunately, not all pet owners take full responsibility for their animals. Pets can and do cause damage to the common area and landscaping as well as the interior of the apartment they live in.
Pet urine can go through carpeting into the pad and sub-flooring. It can permeate the physical structure of an apartment with a highly pungent odor. Repairs can be needed for walls, doors, cabinets and baseboards that are chewed, clawed or otherwise damaged.
Cats vs. dogs. Some cat owners think a cat won't do as much damage as a dog. Not so. When a cat sprays, the carpet is ruined and maybe the paint on walls, doors, cabinets and baseboards.
Cat odor can be very expensive to remove. Some people are highly allergic to cats, so it takes extra effort and money to prepare the apartment so the next resident doesn't know the cat was there.
Pet rent and a pet deposit help us recover the costs of bringing an apartment back to its original odor-free, pet-free condition after you and your pet have moved out. In addition to pet rent and a pet deposit, you will be asked to pay for any damage your pet causes to the apartment or common areas during your stay.
We know how you feel as a pet owner when you take good care of your pets yet are still affected by those who don't, but we have no way of knowing how this will go until move out. You want to enjoy having your pet with you, so we try to be fair with our pet fees, deposit and rent. In return, we ask that you take good care of your pet and your apartment, if you cannot do both please rent from someone else. We want you to enjoy your stay.
